The project that is the subject of these Instructions consists of the removal and replacement of existing concrete flatwork, curb, gutter, sidewalk, trough drains, driveway pans, curb ramps, fillets and asphalt in various locations in Fruita. In addition, removal and replacement of existing unsuitable subgrade material may be required at the discretion of the project manager. Additional items, including but not limited to traffic control, stormwater management materials testing, shall be required of the contractor (together, the "Project"). All questions from prospective Offerors regarding the Project and requiring a response prior to opening of bidding must be submitted to City in writing prior to 3:00 PM on October 21 , 2026 (MDT).
