Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Surrey, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Scope of Work/Overview: Complete localized repairs for the roadways, walkways, parking lots. The project involves the repair of deteriorated roadway, walkway, and parking lot surfaces. The work will address localized areas of deterioration, including the walkways near the Building A Pacific Highway Border Crossing building entrance, the front entrance of the Commercial Warehouse B Building, areas surrounding the LSI Building, sections of the roadway leading into the site, and selected areas of the parking lot. Existing deficiencies include cracking and general surface deterioration within asphalt and concrete pavement areas. Concrete and asphalt roadway sections have exhibited significant cracking, spalling, and pothole formation. The proposed work includes asphalt crack repairs, asphalt patching and resurfacing, line painting, concrete repairs, and curb repairs to restore the affected surfaces and extend the service life of the assets. The project is limited to localized repairs within the identified areas and is intended to address observed deterioration affecting the condition and functionality of the site infrastructure.
