It is the intention of Metrolinx to award each package to a separate Vendor. Proponents may choose to submit a Proposal to bid for either or both of the Packages, however, a Proponent may only be awarded a maximum of one (1) Package. Civil Structures Asset Management is seeking to procure the services of two engineering consultants (the "Vendors") to carry out annual/visual inspections of all bridges in two Packages A and B on Metrolinx corridors to acquire current asset condition information of the bridge and components in accordance with Transport Canada guidelines. The assessments are required to inform the Metrolinx Civil Structure Asset Management State of Good Repair (SoGR) program. Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all Submissions at its sole discretion The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
