It covers all fire protection systems present in the PUBLIC BODY's establishments, including in particular: fire alarm systems; automatic sprinkler extinguishing systems; commercial kitchen hood protection systems; the anti-backflow devices (DAr). Services include: periodic inspections, audits, tests and certifications; the production of required inspection reports, certificates, and technical documents; the execution of corrective work and repairs authorized by a separate purchase order. The real estate portfolio is vast and includes more than eighty (80) buildings spread over a large territory covering notably the boroughs of Beauport and Charlesbourg, part of the borough of La Haute-Saint-Charles, as well as the RCMs of Cote-de-Beaupre, Ile-d'Orleans and some municipalities of the RCM of Jacques-Cartier. Delivery schedule Services must be performed in accordance with the prescribed frequencies and the requirements of the Tender Documentation. For information purposes, the PUBLIC BODY provides the following deadlines in particular: Completion of 100% of annual inspections: no later than December 31; Transmission of all required inspection reports, certificates, and documents; Tabling of the annual strategic planning report: in February; Completion of authorized corrective work.
