The plan identifies a vision for this critical urban center that introduced a new roadway configuration through the square and returns over three acres of land back to the non-vehicular users. The selected consultant will work with the project engineering team (Bowman), to create a welcoming, accessible, and innovative public realm experience in Watertown Square. Specified Services(all chosen) Landscape Architect Engineer Phase 1 Engineering coordination; Phase 2 Conceptual design/documents: 25%, Phase 3: 50% design, specifications and estimates; Phase 4: 90% final construction documents, plans, specs and estimates.
