Proper application of logos and design elements prevents misrepresentation and promotes a professional appearance aligned with official guidelines. The County requires a diverse range of signageincluding interior and exterior signs, wayfinding, regulatory notices, monuments, and Light-Emitting-Diodes (LED) displays. Establishing a pool of pre-qualified Contractors provides flexibility, encourages competitive bidding, and helps secure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. The Contractor shall participate as a member of the County's awarded Contractor pool and, upon request, provide competitive lump-sum quotations in response to County-issued Requests for Quotes (RFQs) for the design, fabrication, manufacture, delivery, installation, repair, replacement, removal, and disposal of interior and exterior signage. The work may include the following types of signage: Interior identification signs. Building identification signs. Directional and wayfinding signs. Informational signs. Regulatory and safety signs. Monument signs. Marquee signs. Light-Emitting Diode (LED) and electronic message signs. Park, facility, and trail signage. ADA-compliant signage.
