The College of Southern Nevada (CSN ), Facilities Management Department is requesting bids for construction services for a turnkey project to remove existing cooling towers and chillers and install two (2) new air-cooled Smardt chillers (or approved equal) and all associated piping and infrastructure. The anticipated period of performance for this project is to start the construction on October 1 , 2027 and the project be completed no later than 120 days from the start date The estimated cost for this project is $900,000.00 Question Deadline 10/28/2026 at 5:00 PM PT Please submit any questions or requests for additional information through the NGEM question tab .
