Renovation of a municipal facility in Buffalo, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Johnson County is seeking sealed bids from licensed and insured roofing contractors to remove the existing shake shingles and replace them at the Historic Courthouse, a commercial building Contractor is responsible for getting all permits required by the City Or County. Tear off old Shake shingles on entire building and dispose of them off site. Install new painted metal drip edge at eaves and gable ends. Install new underlayment. Install ice and water shield at lower eaves and valleys. Install new chimney walls and skylight flashings if existing. Flash plumbing vents with new steel and neoprene flashings. Install new ridge vent. Replace any damaged or worn-out sheathing if needed. Install new roofing material ( F wave synthetic polymer-based shingles or equivalent look, material and quality) installed to manufacture specs. Owner will pick the color. Clean debris such as nails with a magnet, and any other building materials daily to keep the site clean and organized.
