Installation of a new 300 KVA Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system and associated electrical distribution infrastructure to provide power to three Radiology Imaging modalities within Building 700. The project includes installation of a new UPS system, electrical distribution equipment, and related components required to support two Catheterization Laboratory (Cath Lab) units and one Hybrid Operating Room unit. Under the project scope, Cath Lab #1 and Cath Lab #2 will be connected to the new distribution panel. Work includes furnishing all labour, materials, equipment, supervision, and services necessary to install the UPS system in accordance with manufacturer specifications and safe operating requirements. The contractor shall also provide and install a new 5-ton ductless split-system HVAC unit to provide cooling for the room housing the UPS equipment. All work is to be performed as a complete turnkey installation, including all construction, electrical, mechanical, and related activities required for a fully operational system. The contractor shall furnish all labour, equipment, and materials required to complete the project within 220 consecutive calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
