The City of Oconomowoc Department of Public Works is requesting separate, independent bids for an Elevator Modernization project and its corresponding Electrical Scope of Work. The City will directly select and contract with two separate firms-one General Elevator Contractor and one Electrical Contractor-who will be required to coordinate and work together to complete the project.
