Renovation of an office development in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a four-story above grade office development.
Renovation of the roof at 5 different sections of an occupied 4-storey federal office building. Scope includes removal of existing roof assemblies, installation of new roofing systems, rough carpentry at parapets and curbs, sheet metal flashings, exterior sealants, installation of new retrofit roof drains and piping, and reinstallation of fall protection systems. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, 50% Performance Bond, 50% Payment Bond. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com QA date - 10/21/2026 at 2:00 PM ET Scope of Work Replacement of building roof components and drain assemblies as defined within the project issued drawing and specification documents. Take note of DSR report associated with the insulation and for the required removal procedures associated with roof drain assemblies on the interior of the building. Contractor will carry all costs within their tender submission. Review all documentation posted for this project tender. Note security clearance requirements for personnel.
