The Parkersburg Utility Board will receive sealed bids for construction of the 15th Avenue Sanitary Sewer Extension, including approximately 929 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sanitary sewer, manholes, service laterals, connections, and related restoration. Construct the 15th Avenue sanitary sewer extension, including 8-inch PVC gravity sewer main, five new manholes, 6-inch service laterals, and connections to the existing sewer as shown on the plans. Remove the designated existing manhole and sewer pipe, maintain existing sanitary service, and complete excavation, bedding, backfill , testing, traffic control , erosion control , and restoration of disturbed surfaces. Rock excavation shall be paid separately under the applicable bid item . The Parkersburg Utility Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any technicalities deemed in the best interest of the Parkersburg Utility Board.
