Provide all labor, materials, equipment, permits, supervision, and incidentals necessary to provide a complete turn- key Synthetic Turf Replacement installation at the County's designated park fields. The work shall include, but shall not be limited to, removal and disposal of the existing synthetic turf and infill, preparation of the existing field base, installation of new synthetic turf and infill, field markings and inlays, seam installation, necessary minor base repairs, protection of existing improvements, cleanup, and all other work necessary to provide a complete and operational athletic field. The Contractor shall furnish a synthetic turf system specifically designed and warranted for outdoor athletic field use. The requirements contained in this Scope of Work establish the minimum acceptable characteristics, quality, durability, and performance of the synthetic turf system. The County reserves the right to award each part of the Project individually or as a combined award based on the best value to the County, which is at the discretion of the County. Forsyth County, Georgia is soliciting competitive bids from qualified contractors for services generally described as building, altering, repairing, improving, or demolishing a public building or other public improvements, more specifically Forsyth County reserves the right to: reject any or all bids, to waive technicalities, to make an award deemed in its best interest, and to split the bid or awarded in itsentirety.
