Renovation of a medical facility in Kearney, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The Project consists of an approximate 2,550 SF Temporary Sterile Processing Department, and a 3,800 SF Renovation for the Permanent Sterile Processing Department. This Project is to include, but not necessarily limited to, the following scopes of work: Selective Demolition, Framing, Finishes, Mechanical, and Electrical. Please note, all pricing submitted to Sampson needs to be broken out between Temporary SPD and Permanent SPD. The Owner and the Construction Manager shall have the right to reject any or all bids, which are in any way incomplete or irregular, and to waive any informality in any proposal. All bids shall remain in effect for thirty (30) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids.
