Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Stanley, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Proposed work involves the construction of a trail in the Stanley Village Park in the Nashwaak Rural Community. This trail will connect Centennial Street to Main Street and is approximately 230 m long. The Work involves the installation of a 9.75 m 1200 mm reinforced concrete pipe witha railing. The work includes the installation of a 9.14 m London Boulder retaining wall along the Nashwaak River. Work will include installation of riprap, topsoil, hydroseed and mulching. Additional work will include regrading the existing trail from Main Street to Bridge Street andplacement of 50 mm of crusher dust.
