Construction of an electrical substation This project involves the construction of a new 138kV Substation consisting of: one ( 1 ) 138kV circuit breaker; two (2) transmission line deadend arbors; one (1 ) incoming transmission line span; one (1) 23'x14' control enclosure; one (1 ) backup emergency propane tank and generator; and other miscellaneous switching, bus, and metering equipment.
