Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Decatur, Illinois. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project.
The proposed project herein specified and described includes the following work: The proposed improvement consists of installing approximately 2,020 feet of 12 inch ductile iron pipe and 380 feet of 6 inch ductile iron pipe in South Dennis Avenue including sections of directional drilling and restrained joint pipe. The work also includes installing new water services to various houses in the area, mobilization and traffic control. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Certified Check required. Question Deadline 10/23/2026 No interpretation of the meaning of the plans, specifications or other pre-bid documents will be made to any Bidder orally. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing emailed to capitalprojects@decaturil.gov and to be given consideration must be received at least five (5) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids Set-asides: 10% MBE, 10% MBE.
