Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to replace the Surgical DX Air Handler Unit (AHU) that serves all four operating rooms located on the 3rd floor of the Main Hospital. Work includes replacement of the AHU and all associated ancillary components, including air and cooling distribution systems, rooftop mechanical ductwork, exhaust systems, humidity control systems, fire and smoke protection systems, and monitoring equipment. The project also requires replacement of existing rooftop condensing units serving the AHU. The new AHU must incorporate an internal walk-in corridor/penthouse to provide access for required maintenance. The work includes all necessary electrical, plumbing, low-voltage, architectural, and structural modifications required to support equipment replacement, expansion, and modification in accordance with current design criteria. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials needed to complete the work and ensure safe operation in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
