Construction of Phase 1 for Restaurant Pavilion, a new mixed-use facility. The project includes the demolition and construction work located on and around the existing Pub building adjacent to the Frear Park Ice Rink at Frear Park in the City of Troy, NY, south of Frear park Road, at the northeast corner of Park Boulevard and Lavin Court. The project will include abatement & demolition of the existing Pub building and its associated utilities; site grading; installation of new utilities; bracing of Ice Rink building wall adjacent to demolition; and construction of building foundations for a new Restaurant Pavilion; as well as other miscellaneous work as described in the contract documents.
