Replacement of the wastewater pond liner and leak detection system at the Columbia Generating Station. Energy Northwest, a joint operating agency and municipal corporation of the State of Washington, invites Bids for the Wastewater Pond Liner Replacement project at Columbia Generating Station (Columbia) as described herein, from qualified Bidders. Bidder will be selected in accordance with RCW 43.52.560. This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is subject to prevailing wage requirements pursuant to chapter 39.12 RCW. Energy Northwest makes no guarantee as to any actual or minimum amount of Work to be performed. Work is directed at the sole discretion and benefit of Energy Northwest.
