Reskin Existing 64'x144'x14' Building: COMMISSIONERS: Bob Dittmer Mike Getz Kris Goergen Tate Kaiser Kip Taufer o Remove and dispose of all existing steel siding and roofing o Remove and dispose of existing 24'x14' split sliding door opening o Frame over 24'x14' split sliding door opening o All existing overhead doors to remain o Install (6) 5'x4' Vinyl frame, thermal insulated Low-E sliding windows o Install (2) 3'0"x6'8" steel insulated walk door with 1-lite window Prep for and install stone wainscoting on entire South side of building and 1/2 of East side of building. Termination to be specified by MPD. (color to be selected by MPD) Install hi-rib steel siding and roofing panels. Steel gauge and tensile strength to be provided on bid sheet by contractor. (color to be selected by MPD) PVDF paint on all roofing and siding steel . PVDF specifications to be provided on bid sheet by contractor. (color to be selected by MPD) Install 6" seamless aluminum gutters and 3"x4" downspouts (color to be selected by MPD) o Include all applicable trims and pipe boots Include ice jax on entire roof Any questions regarding this bid should be directed to Brian Hochstettler, Superintendent of Parks of the Morton Park District.
