The Airport is primarily an origin and destination (O&D) airport. MEM served 4.8 million O&D passengers in 2025. The Airport is located on 4,640 acres of land in the County and includes a terminal complex of approximately one million square feet, and four other buildings containing approximately 100,000 square feet, which are used by air carriers and all-cargo carriers as transfer facilities for cargo. These buildings are adjacent to the terminal complex and are separate from FedEx facilities that contain approximately 3.5 million square feet and occupy approximately 518 acres. Questions will be accepted Scope of Services The scope of services generally consists of pressure washing building exterior, stairs, columns, recaulking doors and windows, repainting metal doors and windows, painting exterior stairs and roof access, cleaning and repainting columns, restraining wood post, panels and benches, cleaning sidewalks and canopies, install new metal ramp railing, new porch lights and new fans, new 24 gauge soffit panel with concealed fasteners (alternate additive) and other items as outlined in proposal. Please review the drawings attached in the exhibits for additional information, brands and layouts.
