All the structures must be removed to ground level, foundations broken up and removed below ground level and filled with topsoil and seeded and strawed. All required D.N.R. and E.P.A. requirements followed, with copies of any related paperwork turned into city before payment is received. Waste must be transferred to an approved landfill, and contractor must verify with the City of this location for approval prior to demolition. Contractors will be required to submit to DNR the ASBESTOS NESHAP NOTIFICATION OF DEMOLITION AND RENOVATION form as well as the DNR review fee.
