Question Deadline 10/20/2026 at 5:00 PM CT Each request for clarification shall be requested during the pre-bid meeting and/or questions may be submitted online via our e- procurement portal The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and services necessary for the construction of approximately 4,485 linear feet of new concrete sidewalks along Pena Drive, Orquidia Lane, and Limon Street in Rio Bravo, Texas. The Work shall include all required site preparation, concrete placement, ADA-compliant pedestrian improvements, restoration, and all incidental construction activities necessary to complete the Project in accordance with the approved plans, specifications, Contract Documents, and applicable Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) requirements. The Project is intended to improve pedestrian connectivity and accessibility between Salvador Garcia Middle School, the Rio Bravo Community Center, and surrounding neighborhoods by addressing existing gaps in pedestrian infrastructure and providing safe, accessible pedestrian facilities. All Work shall be performed in accordance with applicable federal , state, and local requirements, including all requirements associated with this Federal Highway Administration (FHWA)-funded and TxDOTadministered project (CSJ No. 0922-33-230). The approved construction plans, project specifications, applicable TxDOT Standard (2014 Edition applicable revisions) Specifications for Construction and Maintenance of Highways, Streets, and Bridges, Special Specifications, Special Provisions, General Notes, and other incorporated Contract Documents are considered part of this solicitation and shall govern the performance of the Work. In the event of a conflict between the Contract Documents, applicable federal requirements, and TxDOT requirements, the applicable FHWA and TxDOT requirements shall govern. Section A-5 Project Location The Project is located within the community of Rio Bravo, Webb County, Texas, and consists of sidewalk improvements along the following roadway segments: 1. Pena Drive 2. Orquidia Lane 3. Limon Street The improvements will provide approximately 4,485 linear feet of new concrete sidewalks connecting key community areas, including Salvador Garcia Middle School, the Rio Bravo Community Center, and surrounding residential neighborhoods.
