WORK INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO: SELECTIVE DEMOLITION AND LAWN REMOVAL -GRADING AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS - NEW CONCRETE PLAZA AND PAVED PEDESTRIAN SPACES -NEW FENCING AND GATES - ARTIFICIAL TURF INSTALLATION W!
