Site work and new construction of a civil project in Waller, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Under this Contract, Contractor shall furnish all materials, appliances, tools, equipment, transportation, services, and all labor and superintendence necessary for the construction of the Work as described in these Technical Specifications and as shown on the Plans. The completed installation shall not lack any part that can be reasonably implied as necessary to its proper functioning or any subsidiary item that is customarily furnished, and Contractor shall deliver the installation to Owner in operating condition. The Work, in general , under this Contract includes the purchase, installation, and construction of all structures, equipment, and materials, including appurtenances, as indicated on the Plans. Major items of construction and services required are designated as follows: (1) Install and adjust waterlines, valves, valve boxes, fittings, and appurtenances Construct 90,000 gallon fire water tank on existing foundation; Provide and install pump house with electric fire pump on existing foundation; Furnish and install all subsidiary items as necessary to complete the project; Perform testing as specified on installed lines; and Clean-up project area upon completion Installation of fire pump and fire water storage tank. Bonds: 2% Bid Bond, Certified Check required.
