General improvements to art exhibit gallery space including renovations to the main entry, removal of existing ADA ramp, relocation of ADA entrance, storage closet remodel, hardwood flooring, painting, new ceiling tiles, exhibit lighting installation, administration office remodeling, carpet installation, and modifications to electrical and mechanical systems. Deadline to submit Questions Oct 22nd 2026, 5:00 PM MDT All requests for interpretation of the Contract Documents shall be made in writing and delivered to ENGINEER no later than (7) calendar days before the Bid opening The work to be performed consists of furnishing and installing the equipment, facilities, services, and appurtenances indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work generally includes, but is not limited to, the following: Remodeling Administrative offices, interior demolition, new gallery lighting, new wood floors , new carpets, main entry modifications , new ADA access entry, general mechanical and electrical modifications, ceiling modifications , and painting.
