Demolition, site work and renovation of a transportation facility in Hesperia, California. Completed plans call for the demolition of a transportation facility; for the renovation of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.
This is for the Construction phase of the project. With the addition of 13 Hydrogen Fuel Cell Buses in Victor Valley Transit Authority's (VVTA's) fleet, certain upgrades to the existing facilities are required to detect hydrogen within the maintenance building located at 17150 Smoke Tree Street, Hesperia, CA 92345. In order to complete the project and ensure compliance with the National Fire Protection Agency and San Bernardino County Fire Department by having adequate detection, VVTA needs a qualified contractor to source the products for upgrades, perform minor demolition to the existing sensor equipment, and perform the upgrades to specifications.
