The Scope of Work described herein is intended to outline the minimum requirements of the Owner. Proponents acknowledge that the scope may not include all elements necessary for a complete solution, and proponents shall be responsible for identifying, confirming, and including all additional work, services, materials, and costs required to fully meet the intent of this RFP. To implement this assignment successfully, the Proponent shall have total responsibility and control over all necessary Sub-contractors necessary to implement and execute the scope of work for this assignment. The scope includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks. This RFP invites qualified demolition/construction firms to submit a proposal to provide complete demolition, removal, disposal, backfilling, grading and site remediation services for the two existing adjacent residences located at 168 and 170 McDougald Street, Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario.
