Reference Number 0000439915 Question Acceptance Deadline 10/21/2026 02:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online Yes Questions regarding this RFP may be submitted in writing online The Request for Proposal for Sidewalk Repairs and Improvements. The City of Conway request proposers to provide all concrete/sidewalk work requested for the next 24 months at prices quoted. The City requires the contractor to provide all labor, materials, transportation, mobilization, removal of old asphalt and concrete for disposal or install concrete at various City locations. The work shall be done as specified and shown herein. Any bid that is in excess of $25,000.00 will be required to supply a 5% bid bond with their bid. Any awarded contract in excess of $50,000.00 a performance/payment bond will be required (per Conway City Ordinance). City of Conway reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and further reserves the right to waive technicalities and formalities in proposals as well as to accept in whole or in part such proposal or proposals where it deems it advisable in protection of the best interest of the City. The City shall be the sole judge as to whether proposals submitted meet all requirements contained in this solicitation.
