Site work and renovation of an educational facility in Renton, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 55,700-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.

Cascade Elementary School is an existing single-story building approximately 55,700 SF with a one-story mechanical mezzanine constructed in 1995. The school serves around 376 students. The building is mainly constructed of steel and concrete masonry units with several separation joints dividing the building into five separate structures. A mechanical attic is constructed over the corridors throughout the school. The building has never been seismically upgraded . The play structure canopy is constructed of steel columns and a wood roof and were constructed in 2012. In 2015 the building received a new roof, gutters and downspouts. In 2022 a secure entry vestibule was installed to provide the ability to control public access to the facility. In 2026 the existing heating and cooling systems were replaced with a new four-pipe system . New flooring was also installed in the commons in 2026. Seismic upgrades and modernization of Cascade Elementary School.
