Construction of building addition and restroom improvements at Baker Park. The Project consists of an Addition of 284 SF Office and 284 SF storage space within the existing cafe building. Addition of 280 SF restroom facility within the park. Restroom will be serviced by existing water and sewer services that will need to be routed to the new facility. The project also includes hardscapes improvements including a slab under existing pavers and landscape improvements in the affected areas.
