D2.2 The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Renovate and extending existing washrooms and adjacent circulation areas, including: (i) New gender-neutral washrooms; (ii) New Universal Toilet Room; (iii) Demolition and removal of existing washroom and corridor fixtures, partitions, floor, ceiling, doors, finishes and millwork; (iv) New partitions, fixtures, washroom accessories, doors, water fountain finishes, FRP, flooring and accessible signage, adult change table, baby change table; (v) Modifications to existing plumbing, HVAC, sprinkler and electrical systems; (vi) New/modified lighting, emergency call, door operator and access-control systems, push to lock operator, occupancy indicator; emergency annunciator, LED dome light & sounder and (vii) Associated structural modifications (need to be assessed by structural engineer), firestopping, patching and making good.
