Site work and renovation of a swimming pool in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
Replacement of the existing diving stand and 16-foot diving board at the Bowers Park Pool facility. Remove and properly dispose of the existing diving stand, existing 16-foot board, associated mounting hardware, and anchors as necessary. Furnish a new commercial/public-pool-grade diving stand with a nominal height of 2/3 meter, or an equivalent manufacturer-approved configuration compatible with the new 16- foot board and existing pool geometry. Provide all mounting hardware, anchors, fasteners, structural components, and accessories. Remove deteriorated concrete and prepare the substrate as necessary. Install new anchors and complete required concrete repair, patching, grouting, sealing, and deck restoration. Furnish and install a new 16-foot commercial diving board with all required mounting hardware. Align, secure, and test the installation in accordance with the manufacturer's written requirements. Remove debris and leave the work area clean and ready for operation.
