The work includes the demolition and removal of existing boilers and related equipment, the supply and installation of new boilers, as well as the adaptation and upgrading of plumbing and heating systems. The work also includes electrical interventions necessary to connect new equipment, integration of new boilers into the existing control system, as well as testing, balancing, commissioning, training maintenance personnel and others. The work will be carried out in a busy environment, which will require rigorous planning to minimize impacts on campus activities.
