Commonwealth University Bloomsburg campus of the PA State System of Higher Education invites General Contractors to download bid documents for this project. Work under this Project consists of replacement of Haas Auditorium roof Stage and North Side areas as indicated on drawings. Work includes; demolition, preparation of concrete deck, new insulation and roofing. Miscellaneous work includes flashings, re-insulation of piping, new drains, and roof hatches. Contract Time: Work for the Project shall be accomplished by Separate Prime Contractors according to Pennsylvania statute. The Lead Prime Contractor for this project shall be the General Contractor Prime Contractor. Specific instructions for coordination and responsibilities of the Lead Prime Contractor are contained in Section 0131000, Project Management and Coordination, and elsewhere throughout the Contract Documents.
