Provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and related services necessary to remove and replace the existing roof system(s), replace water-damaged Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs), and repair or replace structural members within the roof and wall assemblies of an existing residential duplex. Work includes demolition and removal of damaged building components and disposal of all demolished materials off Forest Service lands in accordance with applicable federal and state laws. The project shall fully restore the affected building components as required by the contract documents. Bonds: 20% Bid Bond, Performance Bond required (unspecified amount), Payment Bond required (unspecified amount).
