The subject line of the email should read, "Questions: RFP27-010 Kachemak Selo CMGC". The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit proposals to provide Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM /GC) services for RFP27-010 Kachemak Selo CMGC. The selected CM /GC will provide preconstruction services in collaboration with the Borough and design team, including constructability review, cost estimating, scheduling, value engineering, and development of a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). Subject to acceptance of the GMP and authorization by the Borough, the CM /GC may subsequently provide construction services for the project located in Kachemak Selo, Alaska.
