The project consists of a basement, a three storey building and a two-storey penthouse. The building footprint is approximately 374,500 sq ft (35,000 m2) GFA. Terra Project is a laboratory development comprising multiple interconnected buildings over a common basement level constructed using a combination of steel, concrete, and mass timber systems. The project includes research, laboratory, workroom, and specialized operational spaces with significant mechanical and electrical infrastructure. The package description provided below is for general understanding. A detailed Scope of Work will be released during Phase 2 (Request For Quotation - RFQ). This Package includes, but is not limited to: 1. Supply and installation of all structural embeds, anchor bolts, inserts, plates, miscellaneous metals, and related items in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications. Preparation of shop drawings, including coordination with the design team where required, and engineering of connections where specified. 2. Coordination with other trades, including but not limited to Civil, Formwork, Rebar, Structural Steel , Mass Timber, Architectural , Mechanical , Electrical , and all other subcontractors to ensure proper integration of the structural embeds and miscellaneous metals within the project. Compliance with the Buy Canada policy (Federal compliance) applicable to all materials.
