Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Bristol, Virginia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Seeking demolition services for a variety of projects around the City of Bristol. The City intends to establish a term contract with one or more qualified contractors to provide demolition services on an as-needed basis. The contract does not guarantee any minimum quantity of work; however, the City anticipates multiple projects that will involve demolition of structures and proper disposal of all debris. As demolition needs arise, the City will provide the selected contractor(s) with the location, scope, and known conditions of the property to be demolished. The contractor shall submit a project-specific price proposal and schedule for the City's review and approval. No work shall commence until the City issues written authorization to proceed. The City reserves the right to request quotes for services from one or more awarded contractors for each individual project and to award the project based on price, availability, qualifications, past performance, or other factors determined to be in the best interest of the City.
