Renovation of a municipal facility in Boston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This project includes providing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete an interior renovation. This interior renovation is a Level 2 alteration. It will change an existing open office into an office suite with four individual offices and a meeting room. The adjacent copy room will shrink to accommodate the new layout. Updates include electrical, HVAC, and fire protection infrastructure to serve the new spaces, as all more fully set forth in the Drawings and Notes.
