Forsyth County is seeking proposals for the replacement of Fire Alarm Control Panel Notifier NFS62-640 and all 15 other notifiers. This also includes the replacement of 1,363 smoke/heat detectors, 171 horn strobes and 179 pulling stations . All of the current models have reached the end of useful life expectancy and is in need of replacement to ensure safety is maintained within the building. This project includes the purchase and installation of a full fire alarm system replacement. Disconnect electrical and controls as required to remove existing notifiers, detectors, strobes and pull stations and legally dispose of this equipment. Install new electrical as required including but not limited to: conduit, wire, disconnects, breakers. Provide testing of new system and 1 -year contractors warranty on parts and labor. Any part that isn't consider as a preventive maintenance part, must come with a 5-year warranty. Provide all required permits. Contractor will be responsible for providing As-Built documents at end of project. Contractor will be responsible for repairing any damages to existing finishes/grounds.
