Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in La Vergne, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Replacement of existing 18-inch sewer with new 21 and 24 inch sewer, manholes, laterals, concrete and asphalt repair, site lighting remove and replacement, and a 36 inch steel casing bore under Murfreesboro Road. The Project has an expected duration of 300 days. Docs notes: Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Office of the Engineer on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Engineer.
