The Work is located at the Valrico Advanced Wastewater Treatment Facility, located in Hillsborough County at 1167 North Dover Road, Dover, FL 33527. B. The Work to be performed under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, constructing the Work described below and all related appurtenances. The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. 2. 3. 4. Addition of a new 1500 kW/1875 kVA diesel driven generator, housed in a walk-in enclosure, and mounted on a 8,500 sub-base diesel fuel tank for the existing Valrico Reclaimed Water Facility, located on the site of the Valrico AWWTF. Construction of stairs, reinforced concrete pad, and platforms for accessing the generator and sub-base fuel tank. Provision of a 100% rated 2000 A, 65kAIC, LIG circuit breaker and other necessary components required for a complete and operating standby power supply. Replacement of the existing redundant utility service feed currently connecting the existing Valrico Reclaimed Water Facility utility transformer to the Main Circuit Breaker 2. Addition of a new manhole, conductors, conduits, concrete encased duct banks, and other necessary items required for new power and control wiring systems from the new generator to the existing RWPS switchgear. Electrical and control modifications to the existing switchgear and related equipment for installation of generator. Provision a 10kVA uninterruptible power supply unit for immediate backup power and protection of the existing PLC panel and PLC panels located inside the existing switchgear from power interruptions, voltage fluctuations, and surges Set-asides: 5% SBE.
