Please direct all questions via email to mitchjohnson@ccsd1.org Demo Remove all warehouse siding and dispose of it. Remove warehouse roof and dispose of it. Remove two walkthrough doors and dispose of them. Remove two windows and dispose of them Remove garage doors 3 and 4 and dispose of them. Siding Replace two windows with new ones. Replace two walkthrough doors with new ones. Frame in and seal up holes left by removal of garage doors 3 and 4. New siding on all four exterior walls. (Color to match supply warehouse as closely as possible.) Roof Replace roof with new to match supply warehouse as closely as possible. Removal and replacement of warehouse roof, exterior siding, two walkthrough doors, two windows, and garage doors. The project includes framing in and sealing openings left by the removed garage doors, along with site cleanup and disposal of all scrap and unneeded equipment. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond.
