Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Franklin, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; bridge / tunnel; and bridge / tunnel.
Limit : Root River Bridge to STH 38 Perpetuation project to repair the pavement of approximately 4 miles of STH 100 the Root River bridge to STH 38 in the Cities of Franklin and Oak Creek, in Milwaukee County. Design anticipated full width patching with expansion joints, joint repairs, and diamond grinding. Additional work includes upgrading curb ramps to ADA standards, traffic signal upgrades, and new signs. Bridge B-40-0547 is anticipated to receive deck seal deck crackinging and B-40-0681is anticipated to have a concrete deck overlay. Sign structures WB---S-40-3015, S-40-3014, S-40-0778, S-40-0287, S-40-0289 --EB: ---S-40-3012, S-40-0777, S-40- 0776, S-40-0983, S-40-0295 will receive repairs. Evaluate, repair and replace curb ramps; and perform HMA crack filling on Park N Ride Lot 40-3. Anticipated Construction Cost: $6,000,000-$6,999,999 The Method of Contractor Selection Has Not Been Determined at This Time.
