Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
CIPP lining of approximately 43,000 linear feet of small and medium diameter (8 inch to 36 inch) sewers throughout the City to address deterioration. Bonds: 100% Payment Bond, 100% Performance Bond. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of the following project, 2026 CIPP Pkg 1 - Small and Medium Diameter as follows: This project is the CIPP lining of approximately 48,000 linear feet of small and medium diameter (8" to 36") sewers throughout the City. These pipes have been selected to be lined because of evidence of deterioration, high risk, and high cost of replacement. Question Deadline 10/26/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Design Manager in writing. Questions received less than ten (10) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. EBE goal for THIS PROJECT is 10% of the Contract Price.
