Intersection improvements at the intersection of Josey Lane and Parker Road. This project will generally include all construction, labor, materials, testing, services, administration, and associated activities required in conjunction with or properly incidental necessary for the following: Improvement limits are within the City right of way and easements for the Josey Lane and Parker Road (FM 544) intersection. Removal of existing 4,800 SY of street pavement. Construction of approximately 6,500 SY of street pavement. Construction of approximately 600 SY of sidewalks. Construction of storm drain inlets and approximately 200 LF of reinforced concrete pipe. Adjustment to existing utility appurtenances. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and generally consists of but not limited to the following: Demolition existing road pavement in the project scope. Reconstruction of existing intersection and construction of additional turn lanes including pavement, median pavement, sidewalks and curbs in the project scope. Construction of sidewalk and pedestrian ramps in accordance with the City of Carrollton General Design Standard and the Public Right-of-Way Accessibility Guidelines ( PROWAG). Replacement of existing street pavement striping and new striping for additional turn lanes. All pavement striping and signs shall be Replacement of existing storm drain inlets and extension of existing storm drain laterals. Relocation of existing light poles on new foundations. Adjustments to existing utility appurtenances. Earthwork to include clearing & grubbing. Traffic control Erosion control No irrigation design will be included in the project. in accordance with the City of Carrollton General Design Standard.
