The following is a summary description of the scope of work. Not all work shown on the contract documents is listed in this description. The description is to provide additional direction and intent. 1 Coordinate with the Mechanical Contractor and the Owner and disconnect electrical power to the mechanical equipment for the Mechanical Contractor to demolish mechanical equipment noted in the drawings. Remove and dispose all redundant electrical devices and wiring. 2 Follow a construction sequence that will minimize power outage. Coordinate work with the other contractors. Question Deadline 10/28/2026 Questions related to this Bid are to be submitted to the City Contact through Online. The City of Red Deer (the City) invites interested Vendors (Respondents) to submit a quotation for the HVAC Replacement project at the City's Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). The selected Respondent will be requested to enter into negotiations for an agreement with the City for provision of the Deliverables.
