Provide all labor, material and rigging. 2. Recover all Freon from chiller. Send to Trane Manufacture to have cleaned to ARI Specifications. 3. Disassemble chiller. 4. Grind chiller shell until all rust has been removed back to original metal . Install two coats of steel industrial primer. Install two coats of Trane specified primer and finish paint. 5. Coat parts with oil to prevent rusting. 6. Pull motor and send to Trane Manufacture for a clean, dip and bake; install with OEM specified bearing from Trane. 7. Pull and clean oil sump. 8. Replace oil pump and motor with OEM Trane specified parts. 9. Reinstall motor. 10. Upgrade evaporator liquid line flange. 11. Upgrade condenser liquid line flange. 12. Rebuild first and third stage vanes. 13. Reassemble chiller using OEM O-rings and gaskets. 14. Install clean-up kit on chiller. 15. Brush and eddy current all tubes. 16. Replace first stage Tang operator. 17. Ensure that all bidders have their businesses within a 250 mile limit from jail facility address, due to warranty issues. Bidders shall be able to respond to warranty items or breakdown within a 3 hour time limit. 18. Leak check chiller and verify no leaks. 19. Perform 24 hour standing pressure test. 20. Upgrade Trane control panel to OEM specified Trane new control panel. 21. Have insulator repair all insulation needed and cover with PVC coating. 22. Evacuate chiller to 500 microns or more and let stand 24 hours. 23. Record rise in pressure. 24. Recharge chiller with cleaned ARI specification Freon and provided additional Freon as needed to fully charge the chiller. 25. Charge with new specified #22 Oil from Trane. 26. Provide 5-year warranty on machine and workmanship. 27. All workmanship will be provided by Trane Certified Technicians. NO Exceptions! 28. Provide as an alternate new chiller pricing with Trane Mag bearing chiller with 10-year warranty. 29. Provide and install OEM train specified new contactors for Chillers. Provide any components in the contactor cabinet that are obsolete at this time. Tower 1 & 2 Scope of Work o Provide all labor, material, and rigging. o Provide new Marley cooling tower. o Replace Marley with all stainless-steel tower with internal walkways. Modify piping as required. Insulate as required. o Provide rental tower if needed or rental air-cooled chiller. Provide a 5 year-warranty. Rental (if needed) Scope of Work o Install Tees for rental if needed for air cooled chiller. o Provide generator if needed for rental chiller. o Provide rental chiller or tower.
